Shipping policy

 

Domestic Hong Kong orders ship within 3-5 business days and International orders ship in 5-7 business days. Delivery times will depend on the destination country and shipping method chosen, international orders can take 5 - 15 business days to deliver. Tracking information will be sent to the email address provided with your shipping confirmation. Once an order is placed it cannot be canceled. 

If you would like to exchange your purchase then please use the contact form to notify us. Items must be returned to the address on our package in unworn condition within 14 days of shipment date for an exchange. 

We offer exchanges for store credit within 14 days of receiving order on all unworn items excluding sales & sale items. A gift card will be issued upon return of the order & inspection. The value of the online gift card will be equal to the amount paid for the item(s) returned. Original shipping cost will not be reimbursed. Please note that returns without proper packaging or materials cannot be accommodated. 

All purchases through the Services are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon KITA's delivery of such items to the shipping carrier. You are responsible for filing any claims with the applicable carrier for damaged and/or lost shipments.
